Crafting the Style of Cursed

Inspired by classic illustration, Cursed is an ESMA student film which beautifully blurs the line between modern CG and traditional 2D animation. By combining hand-drawn 2D elements with a highly customized RenderMan lighting pipeline, the team overcame complex technical hurdles to tell a deeply emotional, visually nostalgic fairy tale.
